Project Overview
We are developing a three-university commemorative plaque collection to honor a friend whose master’s and PhD degrees were completed at different institutions. Each plaque represents a separate school but must follow a unified visual system.
This project must be fully completed before Christmas, as the plaques will be presented as a Christmas gift.
The plaques will be produced in cast metal with polished raised areas and matte/darker recessed areas. We need a designer capable of both graphic layout and production-ready product/industrial design.
Scope of Work
1. Design three individual plaques
Each plaque must include
University name and official emblem/shield
Anniversary year(s) or “Class of (____)”
A short motto or phrase
Placeholder for the student name
Clean, heritage-style layout
No ornamental concave carving
Motto Requirement
The motto or phrase must use the exact original wording from each university’s official materials.
I will not provide the wording; the designer must source the official, unchanged original line.
2. Dimensions
Each plaque will have a 38 cm diameter and a 1.0–1.5 cm thickness, with slight handcrafted variation due to manual polishing.
3. Provide production-ready files
Clean vector artwork (AI/SVG/EPS)

3D models (STEP + STL + OBJ)
Manufacturable geometry only (no unsupported details)
