Overview

We’re a growing electrical construction company seeking a marketing + graphic design freelancer to clean up our brand, create core sales assets, and support ongoing marketing. You’ll work directly with ownership on strategy and execution.

Phase 1: Initial Project (30–60 Days)

Deliverables

• Brand & messaging audit
• Updated core marketing copy
• Capability statements / one-pagers
• 5–10 branded social media posts + templates
• Email / proposal visual templates

Phase 2: Monthly Retainer (5–15 hrs/month)

• Social media content & graphics
• Sales and outreach materials
• Copy updates as needed
• Brand consistency + light strategy support

Requirements

• US-based freelancer
• B2C and/or B2B marketing experience (construction/trades/technical preferred)
• Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma)
• Clear copywriting + self-starter
