Motion Designer Needed – 8-Second Trade Show Video (Apple ProRes, LED Board)

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced motion designer to create a high-impact, 8-second silent video loop for a large-format LED display at a major automotive trade show (NADA).

This is not a social media video. It must meet precise technical specs and look sharp on a 24-foot screen.

Project Scope

Create a short, punchy 8-second video using animated text, numbers, and odometer-style counters that communicate scale, momentum, and credibility.

The video will loop continuously during a welcome reception.

We will provide

A detailed storyboard (frame-by-frame timing)

Exact copy and numbers

Branding direction (black / gold / white, high contrast)

Creative Direction

Clean, premium, fintech-style motion

Bold typography (readable from far distance)

Odometer / counter animations

Snap cuts (no slow fades)

Silent (no audio)

This is dealer-facing B2B, not consumer marketing.

Technical Requirements (Must Read Carefully)

Your delivery must meet ALL of the following

Canvas size: 5632 × 1920

Safe content zone: Centered 1920 × 1080 (16:9)

ALL text, numbers, logos, and CTA must stay inside this zone

Frame rate: 59.94 FPS

Duration: Exactly 8.0 seconds, seamless loop

Codec: Apple ProRes 422 (.mov)

Audio: None

A static backup image may also be requested.
