Need to add "Registered" logo to current set of logo files/Create 3 renditions with company name

We currently have logo files created, but now we need to have the "registered" logo (circle with R inside) added to them in the bottom right hand corner where the SM is. We need this added on ALL of the files that we currently have INCLUDING mockups. We want the new registered logo to match colors with our current logo exactly. We are also looking to have a few renditions of our registered logo paired with our company name in either Georgia Pro, Libre Bakersville, or Garamond fonts depending on what we like better.

We will share all logo files once the project is started. Our current logo is pictured in this post along with an example of additional file we want with our name (Not Your Average Therapy) paired with the registered logo. We want the logo+name to be delivered in white, black, and gold font colors without backgrounds and potential in a center along with one line (with logo on the left and company name on the right) structure.

Our brand is high end, royalty, concierge healthcare and so that is the feel we want to go for. We are open to suggestions regarding our company font as well. Thanks for your interest!
