Page Layout for Printed Handbook

We are looking for a page layout designer to take our existing Word document and transform it into a polished, professionally designed employee onboarding handbook (approximately 20 pages). The final product should be clean, modern, brand-aligned, and print-ready.

RUSH: Need end of day 12/1/2025

Scope of Work

• Convert our Word document into a fully designed layout
• Apply cohesive branding, typography, and page design (we will provide brand colors, fonts, and examples of our aesthetic)
• Incorporate photography and simple design elements where appropriate
• Format for both high-quality printing and PDF distribution

Deliverables

• Print-ready PDF
• Editable source file (InDesign preferred, but open to alternatives)

Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience with editorial layout (magazines, booklets, guides, brochures)
• High attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Fast turnaround and professional communication
