Part-Time Remote Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Part-Time Graphic Designer, about 10 hours per week and may grow as needed to support our internal team with ongoing creative production. You’ll help bring client branding to life across apparel, presentations, social graphics, email graphics, signage and more.

This is a great role for a designer who is organized, reliable, responsive, and brand-minded—someone who can work independently while staying aligned with direction and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

You will support design needs across client and internal work including:

• Create production-ready design files for apparel and promotional items
• Design brand assets such as logos, icon sets, and typography
• Build clean, consistent layouts for presentation decks, proposals, and client mockups
• Create social and marketing graphics to support campaigns and announcements
• Prepare print-ready files and follow specifications for multiple vendors
• Update and organize shared files, templates, and design libraries
• Collaborate with our team to interpret creative direction and execute quickly

• Design work is on-brand, polished, and aligned with the client’s culture
• Files are organized, labeled correctly, and production-ready
• Deadlines are met without hand-holding
• Communication is clear and proactive
• Revisions are handled efficiently, with attention to detail

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design (agency, freelance, or in-house)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required), plus Canva, InDesign and Photoshop
• Excellent layout, typography, and brand consistency skills
• Experience preparing print-ready files and working with vendor templates
• Ability to work quickly and maintain high-quality standards
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple projects
• Reliable internet and ability to work independently in a remote environment
