Recreate and Improve 5 logos

I have five logos. Two of them just need to be recreated pretty much exactly the way they are. The other three logos need a little bit of work but not much.

I'd like an experienced graphic artist and logo designer to re-create the logos and delivered them to me in illustrator as well as common graphics files with a white background and with no background.
