Rustic / Heritage Logo Designer Needed – Wood-Burned, Branded Leather Aesthetic

Project Overview

We are building a family-owned enterprise brand and are looking for an experienced designer to refine and elevate our logo concept into a professional, cohesive mark that can serve as the foundation for our website, print materials, and future sub-brands.

This is not a modern or tech-style logo. We are intentionally pursuing a heritage, rustic, Western-inspired aesthetic that feels timeless, grounded, and authentic — as if it were wood-burned or branded onto leather.

• The full brand name: K & L Weber Mountain Enterprises
• Mountain and/or tree elements
• A cow skull or similar Western symbol used creatively as the “&”
• Fonts that feel hand-crafted, serif or Western-inspired (not script, not modern sans-serif)
• Balanced typography — refined, not cluttered

Color & Style Requirements

• Primarily single-color design
• Should translate well into:
• Burnt wood
• Leather embossing
• Metal stamping
• Earth tones (black, dark brown, charcoal, burnt umber)
• Must work in both dark-on-light and light-on-dark formats

What We Are NOT Looking For

• Corporate logos
• Tech or startup aesthetics
• Overly modern or minimalist logos
• Trendy gradients or effects
• Stock icon-style designs
