Senior Ad Creative Content Creator (Video, Design, and AI)

Pay: $10 to $20 per hour, based on experience and quality

Hours: 20 hours per week

Location: Remote

Openings: Hiring 1 video editor and 1 graphic designer, or 1 person who can do both

We are a performance marketing agency producing high volumes of image and video ads for paid social. Your job is to create ads that convert at scale. AI content generation is a core part of this role. You should be comfortable using AI tools to generate, remix, and scale creative output while maintaining quality and variety.

This role is for someone who understands how winning ad creatives are built and how to use AI to increase production speed and testing volume.

What we are looking for

Proven experience creating ad creatives that convert for paid social

Strong portfolio showing real ad examples, not generic social content

Hands-on experience using AI for video and image generation in production workflows

Ability to produce high quality creative at volume

Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and visual clarity

Strong video editing and or graphic design skills

Confident with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar

Experience with AI tools such as Arcads, VEO3, Sora, Google Nano Banana, or similar

Clear communication and reliable delivery

This is not a junior role. If you have not produced ads at scale or used AI in production workflows, this role is not a fit.
