Vectorize images

I am looking to have some images vectorized, I am an artist and looking to start my own patriarch apparel company using my own artwork, I have the images on my iPhone with the highest quality pictures I can get, but someone told me to make sure they get back to rise in order to transfer them to the next step for apparel, I have three images so should be a pretty quick project for someone, it’s something I just don’t feel like messing with or have experience with.
