LW Marketing is seeking to add a talented on-site Multimedia Graphic Designer with strong design, typography, and layout skills on both pixel and paper.

We are the marketing arm of eDist.com, the largest sales organization for Speech Automation Technology in the USA and Canada. We are part of a well-established and rapidly growing technology company.

Local candidates only, this position is based in our office in Bonita Springs, FL 34134. This is not a remote position. This is a full-time, in-house position. No relocation assistance provided.

Primary Responsibilities

• Creating, custom-branding, and modifying landing pages, email marketing campaigns, sell sheets, postcards, websites, and more
• Design and produce breathtaking print and digital marketing collateral for a wide variety of clients
• Creatively seek out new ideas and maintain cutting-edge industry knowledge
• Collaborate with the marketing team, internal account teams, and then be able to translate those ideas into valuable
• Adhere to quality check procedures and vendor branding guidelines

Must-Haves

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design – both web, and print
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Mac/Apple required
• Demonstrable graphic design and typography skills with a strong portfolio
• Must be highly organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with creating and updating WordPress/WooCommerce content, themes, plugins, etc.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Microsoft Office experience
• Self-managed with meticulous attention to detail and a desire for perfection
• Must love dogs and can tolerate conversational cursing

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of creating and deploying HTML email campaigns and managing email lists
• Experience with motion graphics (Adobe AfterEffects and/or Premiere)
• Experience with front-end web frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.) a ginormous plus
• Understanding of on-page SEO practices
• Prototyping with Figma
• Previous work with B2B marketing

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times
• Able to travel as needed
